How can I view a rental? If you find something of interest on our website that does not require a personal showing (sometimes we advertise before vacancy which would require we schedule something with the current tenant), you can stop by our office to pick up keys for a personal viewing at 5250 Neil Road, Reno Nevada 89502, behind Meadowwood Mall directly across the street from Ennis Furniture and Sears Auto Care. Key checkout requires a $40 cash deposit and a copy of your identification. We check out keys for a two-hour timeframe, so the keys need to be checked out two hours prior to our closing time as there are no overnight key checkouts. Please feel free to print out a copy of our key checkout form below and have this completed when you come in to expedite the processing.

How much is the deposit? Typically deposits equal one months’ rent and can not be split into lower payments as this is the only security an owner has against damage. There is an additional deposit for pets – but as each property has different requirements, please inquire about pets prior to completing our credit application or signing a lease.
How much is the power bill? While there is no ability to get this information online, you can call NV Energy at 775/834-4444 24 hours/day 7 days/week and, Press 1, then Press 5, and finally Press 3. Have the full address with zip code available for this automated system.
What Schools Are Associated with this Address? Curious about the schools located near one of the rentals? Check the Washoe County School District logo (left), enter the address, and you'll see the Elementary, Middle and High School nearest the home.
