Kimberly has been involved with commercial real estate management and brokerage for nine years, owning her own commercial real estate company for four of those years. Kimberly sold her company in 2006 after stabilizing twelve business parks which led to the disposition of half the portfolio at a significant profit to the owners. She is a licensed Nevada Real Estate Broker with a Nevada Property Management Certificate and a CREW Programs Chair and Board of Directors for 2009. She has also been a member of CCIM since 2003 and served on the Finance Committee at RSAR.

Frederic Jayet joined RE/MAX Premier Properties with 8 years of residential and commercial real estate experience from his hometown in Cannes, France and 4 years of commercial experience in Reno, NV. He moved to Reno in 2008 and enjoys spending time at Lake Tahoe with his family. Fred has his BA in Business Economics from Wofford College in South Carolina, during which time he was part of the 1993 Tennis All America Team. He also has an MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno. Fred will be focusing on Industrial and Investment property.

Kevin has been a licensed realtor/property manager for over 27 years in Nevada. He specializes in commercial sales, leasing and management. Kevin has been President of the Food Bank of Nothern Nevada, President of Ronald McDonald House Charities and is currently Treasurer of the Ronald McDonald House Charities. He graduated from UNR with honors. He has a BA in accounting. Kevin also graduated from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute with a designation of CCIM. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Reno Chamber of Commerce, Sparks Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Association of Western Nevada, Downtown Redevelopment Agency and Western Industrial Nevada. Kevin purchased Premier Properties in 2004 and is currently the Broker/Owner.
