Premier Properties was established in August 1986 as a real estate management firm by Mary A. Holman. In April of 1988, she combined all Real Estate activity under the Premier Properties name to become a “full service” brokerage firm with sales, leasing, exchanges and management of Commercial and Residential properties.
Mary Holman received her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and received her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Her combined experience and qualifications gave Premier Properties a competitive edge.
In December 2004, Premier Properties was sold to Kevin Sigstad, CCIM. As the new owner and Corporate Broker, Kevin now oversees all aspects of Premier Properties, including the Commercial Management division of Premier Properties. Kevin has been an active Broker/Realtor in the Reno/Sparks area for over twenty-five years and most recently was manager for McKenzie Properties Leasing and Property Management for seven years.

We specialize in individual management, working with the Owners to achieve their objectives. Our company manages and leases over two hundred and fifty thousand (250,000) square feet of commercial space in the Reno/ Sparks market. Currently our portfolio of managed commercial property consists of high quality office, retail, and industrial clients. Commercial Management takes enthusiasm and a special expertise in dealing with owners, tenants and their respective needs. We feel that we offer that enthusiasm and expertise.
